Sushil Eapen is the visionary Founder and CEO of Happi5y, leading the movement to create happier, emotionally resilient, and psychologically safe workplaces. With a strong background in psychology, business strategy, and technology, Sushil brings over two decades of experience in shaping mental health innovation in India.Before founding Happi5y, he served as the Country Manager (India) for Pearson Clinical and Talent Assessment, where he successfully built and scaled Pearson’s clinical assessment business in India. His leadership spanned Sales, Marketing, Product Development, IT, and Customer Success — all unified by his passion for improving access to mental health care through digital transformation.Sushil also founded Vega, an assessment solutions firm based in Bangalore, further demonstrating his commitment to blending science and technology for human growth.He holds an MS from Kansas State University and an MBA in Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (USA).Beyond work, Sushil is a passionate woodworker and runs Dad’s Workshop in Bangalore, where he teaches hand-tool-based woodworking to professionals — embodying his belief that creativity and mindfulness go hand in hand.

Paul McKeown leads Global Content and Strategic Partnerships at Happi5y, driving the company’s mission to make emotional well-being accessible across borders through meaningful collaborations and scientifically grounded content.Based in London, Paul brings a deep understanding of behavioral science, workplace psychology, and digital engagement. His role focuses on developing evidence-based well-being frameworks, curating global partnerships with leading mental health researchers, and expanding Happi5y’s presence across international markets.With decades of experience in psychological assessments and global licensing, Paul has worked closely with academic institutions, healthcare innovators, and Fortune 500 organizations to bridge the gap between mental health research and practical workplace solutions.A passionate advocate for emotional intelligence and cross-cultural empathy, Paul believes that technology should amplify human connection. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring London’s art and theatre scene, finding inspiration in stories that celebrate the human experience.
