Chief Executive Officer

Sushil Eapen is the visionary Founder and CEO of Happi5y, leading the movement to create happier, emotionally resilient, and psychologically safe workplaces. With a strong background in psychology, business strategy, and technology, Sushil brings over two decades of experience in shaping mental health innovation in India.Before founding Happi5y, he served as the Country Manager (India) for Pearson Clinical and Talent Assessment, where he successfully built and scaled Pearson’s clinical assessment business in India. His leadership spanned Sales, Marketing, Product Development, IT, and Customer Success — all unified by his passion for improving access to mental health care through digital transformation.Sushil also founded Vega, an assessment solutions firm based in Bangalore, further demonstrating his commitment to blending science and technology for human growth.He holds an MS from Kansas State University and an MBA in Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (USA).Beyond work, Sushil is a passionate woodworker and runs Dad’s Workshop in Bangalore, where he teaches hand-tool-based woodworking to professionals — embodying his belief that creativity and mindfulness go hand in hand.

Paul McKeown

Chief Content & Global Partnerships

Paul McKeown leads Global Content and Strategic Partnerships at Happi5y, driving the company’s mission to make emotional well-being accessible across borders through meaningful collaborations and scientifically grounded content.Based in London, Paul brings a deep understanding of behavioral science, workplace psychology, and digital engagement. His role focuses on developing evidence-based well-being frameworks, curating global partnerships with leading mental health researchers, and expanding Happi5y’s presence across international markets.With decades of experience in psychological assessments and global licensing, Paul has worked closely with academic institutions, healthcare innovators, and Fortune 500 organizations to bridge the gap between mental health research and practical workplace solutions.A passionate advocate for emotional intelligence and cross-cultural empathy, Paul believes that technology should amplify human connection. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring London’s art and theatre scene, finding inspiration in stories that celebrate the human experience.

Ankur leads Corporate Sales at Happi5y, driving strategic partnerships and business growth through innovative wellness solutions. With over a decade of experience across corporate engagement, client management, and digital health, he brings a results-driven yet people-centric approach to his work. Before joining Happi5y, Ankur worked with several leading organizations in wellness, technology, and corporate consulting, where he built a strong track record in developing impactful employee well-being programs. His passion lies in creating meaningful connections between businesses and their people, helping organizations foster happier, healthier workplaces. Outside of work, Ankur is an avid traveler and food enthusiast. He enjoys spending time with his two dogs and believes that true wellness comes from balance—between career, relationships, and personal passions.

Shampa Singh

Associate Director – Products

Shampa leads Product Strategy and Development at Happi5y, where she blends innovation, empathy, and technology to design meaningful wellness solutions. With a strong background in digital health and user experience, she ensures that every product reflects Happi5y’s vision of making mental well-being accessible and engaging for all. Before joining Happi5y, Shampa worked with emerging startups and tech-driven organizations, managing cross-functional teams and delivering impactful digital products in the health and lifestyle sectors. Her expertise lies in transforming ideas into intuitive, user-focused solutions that improve daily lives. Shampa holds a Master’s degree in Life Sciences and has pursued further studies in design thinking and behavioral sciences to enhance her understanding of human-centered innovation. Beyond work, she’s passionate about creativity and community — often spending her weekends outdoors playing Ultimate Frisbee or exploring new experiences that inspire balance and joy.

NRK Raman is a seasoned technology leader and strategic advisor, bringing over three decades of experience in building and scaling global software organizations. As Happi5y’s Advisor and Lead Investor, he provides guidance on innovation, growth strategy, and organizational excellence — helping the company expand its vision of redefining workplace well-being through technology. A veteran of the IT industry, Raman has held leadership roles that shaped digital transformation in the financial services sector worldwide. His deep expertise in software solutions, business strategy, and sustainable innovation continues to inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs and tech leaders. Beyond his corporate achievements, he is passionate about mentoring emerging ventures in India’s technology ecosystem, helping them navigate growth with purpose and resilience. Raman holds a Master’s degree in Physics (Electronics) from the University of Mumbai and has completed executive education in Strategy and Competitive Advantage from Harvard Business School. He is also a Charter Member of TiE Bangalore and an Advisor to iSPIRT Foundation, actively contributing to the evolution of India’s software product ecosystem.

As the CEO of Dallas Renal Group in Texas, Dr. Chimata brings extensive clinical and operational expertise from the global healthcare ecosystem. His unique journey — from human resources to medicine — reflects his deep understanding of both people and care systems, bridging empathy with evidence-based healthcare delivery. With a background spanning Human Resource Management (TISS, Mumbai) and Medicine (JSS Medical College, Mysore), followed by advanced training in Internal Medicine and Nephrology at St. Louis University Hospital, USA, Dr. Chimata’s multidisciplinary perspective helps shape Happi5y’s approach to holistic well-being. A strong advocate for accessible healthcare, he believes in leveraging technology to bring mental health support to individuals wherever they are — with compassion, privacy, and trust at the heart of every interaction.
